I am former Case Manager, Mental Health worker, Patient Enhancement Tool Program Director and Entrepreneur. I began my career at Spring Harbor Hospital in 2003, eventually transitioning to become a case manager at Catholic Charities of Maine. In 2011, I left healthcare to start my own business, AVH Sales and Marketing.
While working at AVH Sales and Marketing I collaborated on the founding of the Maine Contractor Directory, an online tool for consumers to find reputable contractors. Through these efforts I met and worked with countless local contractors and real estate agents in the Greater Portland area. With this background, marrying a building contractor and growing up the daughter of a builder I know homes and real estate inside and out.
I am a native to Maine, having grown up on 70 acres of land in a small town called Harmony. I am a graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Maine, graduating with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology.
I enjoy running, skiing at Sugarloaf Mtn., traveling and spending time with my family and friends. I now live in Cumberland Foreside with my husband and two daughters.
What's your passion?
“ I have a few, it starts with my supportive husband Jim and two beautiful and healthy daughters, Annie and Olivia. Also having wonderful friends who make me laugh and give advice and guidance, having this I know am able to juggle life and work. Oh Yeah! and being able to get a long run in with my boxer Layla and a family ski weekend at Sugarloaf Mountain. ”

Donna and I wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we were absolutely thrilled with our home buying experience with Amanda. From start to finish, Amanda made the whole process smooth for us, despite a few obstacles that came up. And when the obstacles did arise, she couldn't have been a better advocate for us.
We have mentioned to each other on multiple occasions that she will be the first person we would call when we are ready to sell or buy our next house. We would not hesitate from recommending her to our family, friends and associates. We want to thank Amanda so much for all her help throughout the process. We are thrilled with the result.
We'll be in touch soon!
